Integrity Home Lending was incredibly helpful, and the support Jennifer and her team offered was first-class. They got my FHA loan done, and they have great programs, including the Down Payment Assistance Program, for mortgage loans. The support received during the closing process (on first day of the ice storm, no less) was amazing.

As a Transaction Coordinator, I'm often left out of the loop when it comes to communication about a deal. That was NOT the case with Jennifer. She would personally call me if she needed assistance from us to get things rolling and always cc me in emails.

This transaction was far from easy. The HOA was a nightmare to work with and eventually stop accepting our phone calls to obtain documents to close on time.
