6 Pieces of Information Required for a TRID Loan Application

A consumer must provide 6 pieces of information, as required for a TRID application and for an applicant to receive a Loan Estimate:

  1. Name- The consumer's name
  2. Income- The consumer(s) income
  3. Property- The property address
  4. Loan Amount- The mortgage loan amount sought
  5. Estimated Value- An estimate of the value of the property
  6. Social Security- The consumer's social security number to obtain a credit report

After Receiving a Loan Estimate

We will request documents only after you have (1) received a Loan Estimate and a Home Loan Toolkit, and (2) you have provided us with your verbal or written "intent to proceed" with the mortgage application.  Before receiving the requested documents we may ask you to provide us with Information that will help us to evaluate your potential application for a mortgage loan.
